VP of Tech Expansion (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; 100% remote. International travel is required.

What you will do

• Define and execute the global expansion strategy across hirify.global’s current and future technology verticals.
• Identify high-potential markets, industries, partners, and use cases.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, government leaders, institutions, and major enterprises.
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close major technology partnerships and deployments.
• Translate market requirements into integrated solutions and coordinate delivery from concept through deployment and scale.
• Build repeatable commercial and execution playbooks for expansion across technologies and markets.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across enterprise technology, AI, digital infrastructure, fintech, digital assets, telecommunications, or technology business development, including senior leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, decentralized infrastructure, and digital platforms.
• Proven experience closing major enterprise or government technology partnerships.
• Experience developing global go-to-market strategies and managing senior professionals and international teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and executive engagement skills.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

• Professional proficiency in three or more languages.
