Project Delivery Manager (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Manage multiple Life Sciences solutioning projects from finalized sales agreement through implementation and turnover.
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, risks, issues, decisions, action items, and status reporting.
• Coordinate requirements discussions and align Sales, analytics, engineering, QA/QC, Delivery & Operations, customers, and channel partners.
• Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, testing, documentation, implementation readiness, runbooks, known issues, and ownership are completed and documented.
• Support prioritization and status visibility for the Life Sciences feasibility queue.
• Facilitate retrospectives and turn recurring execution obstacles into practical improvements.

Requirements

• Completion of a postsecondary degree, certificate, apprenticeship, or comparable structured educational program.
• Five or more years of practical experience managing healthcare data, technology, analytics, implementation, or similarly complex cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects through complete and timely delivery.
• Experience coordinating technical and nontechnical contributors without direct reporting authority.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for planning, documentation, action tracking, and status reporting.
• Experience facilitating requirements discussions and maintaining documentation covering responsibilities, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and acceptance criteria.
• General understanding of healthcare data structures, data pipelines, QA/QC, and software development lifecycle practices; coding experience is not required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, facilitation, risk escalation, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to create clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams without formal authority and work through ambiguity while maintaining momentum.

Nice to have

• Experience managing projects involving healthcare claims, EHR, clinical, or other real-world data.
• Experience with a healthcare data vendor, healthcare technology company, analytics organization, or life sciences company.
• Familiarity with patient cohort identification, provider alerting and actioning, dashboards, patient engagement, or outcomes reporting.
• Experience coordinating data-pipeline, analytics, or software-development work through testing and implementation readiness.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, SQL, or modern data-platform concepts sufficient to follow technical discussions; hands-on coding is not required.
• Project-management or Agile training or certification.
