Accountancy Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Homebased in the UK; permission to work in the UK is required by the start of employment.

Salary: £83,500+ depending on experience.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for methodology, compliance, and advisory products.
• Own products across the full lifecycle, from concept and launch through ongoing improvement and optimisation.
• Use customer insight, market trends, and regulatory developments to shape product direction.
• Explore AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve customer value and experience.
• Work with stakeholders, subject matter experts, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to develop products.
• Monitor product performance and support growth, engagement, retention, pricing, proposition development, and go-to-market activity.

Requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent, together with audit experience.
• Experience managing or developing methodology, compliance, advisory, technical support, or information-based products.
• Knowledge of SaaS products and subscription-based business models.
• Ability to translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into practical product solutions.
• Experience creating product roadmaps, prioritising initiatives, and managing competing demands.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with sound commercial awareness and decision-making.
• Permission to work in the UK by the start of employment.

• Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience using customer insight, market research, or product analytics to inform product decisions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
