Growth Marketer (B2B Marketing)

Location: Remote-first; must be executed from anywhere in Singapore.

What you will do

• Own the Singapore B2B growth strategy and contribute to growth across North Asia, from lead generation through conversion and pipeline delivery.
• Set up, manage, and optimize complex outbound sequences targeting enterprise decision-makers.
• Organize and execute events, webinars, and trade shows from planning through completion.
• Work with the performance team on retargeting and ABM, and analyze campaign performance and conversion data.
• Create sales collateral, thought leadership content, and messaging tailored to the regional technology landscape.
• Identify and manage local partnerships and sponsorships.

Requirements

• English and Mandarin speaking ability.
• Proven ability to own projects from start to finish and take full accountability for results.
• Broad knowledge of performance marketing, data analysis, campaign execution, and event organization.
• Ability to work independently, experiment, and scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple complex workstreams.
• Ability to understand the customer base and create positioning that resonates with the Singapore market.

Nice to have

• Experience founding a company, working in an early-stage startup, or pursuing substantial side projects.
• SEO and content strategy expertise.
• Design skills with Figma or Adobe Suite.
• Experience with AI-native workflows.
