Senior Planning Manager (Data Centre)

Salary: €65,000–€90,000 per year

What you will do

• Establish schedule reporting procedures for streamlined data capture, analysis, and regular client reporting.
• Undertake schedule scenario analysis based on proposed client options and manage the change control process.
• Administer contracts, advise on contractual matters, and support construction sequencing and duration planning.
• Audit testing and commissioning processes and integrate commissioning information into IMS integrated master schedules.
• Verify work onsite and ensure schedule forecasts accurately reflect progress.
• Support the Data Centre project management team, business development, fee proposals, RFP responses, and networking activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Data Centre consultancy environment.
• Degree-level qualification.
• Professional chartered qualification such as MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM, MIARB, or equivalent.
• Understanding of technical project delivery from inception through post-completion, including construction sequencing, durations, and contractual matters.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to post-completion with Partner support and obtain positive written client feedback.
• Positive, collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues, and continue learning.
