What you will do

• Independently evaluate, adapt, and apply advanced engineering concepts to challenging structural problems, including customized solutions.
• Develop clear engineering deliverables for clients and contribute to technical proposals.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal experts across structural engineering, sustainability, resilience, forensics, renewal, and protective design.
• Represent hirify.global’s technical capabilities with clients and build long-term professional influence.
• Apply structural judgment to improve project outcomes, innovation, and client value.
• Mentor earlier-career engineers and support team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Strong background in analytical modeling, detailing, and advanced engineering concepts.
• Experience with relevant structural systems and challenges, including steel, concrete, timber, seismic design, tall buildings, or specialty structures.
• Ability to independently develop engineering approaches and solve novel structural challenges.
• Curiosity and initiative to grow into a technical leadership role.
