Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote-first; can be performed from anywhere in Europe or on the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in Central European timezones required. Office options are available in Dublin, London, New York, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Bring music model improvements from research and research engineering into production.
• Build and operate the APIs and backend systems behind music and sound-effect products.
• Develop interfaces and full-stack product capabilities for ElevenCreative with a backend focus.
• Work with go-to-market teams to prioritize features, including bespoke enterprise features.
• Break down ambiguous goals, evaluate legal and engineering considerations, and plan launches with growth.
• Collaborate with research, legal, safety, growth, design, and enterprise customers, including joining technical customer calls when needed.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering background with a backend focus, including building and shipping production APIs and backend systems.
• Ability to decompose products by taking vague goals, weighing trade-offs, and shipping without analysis paralysis.
• Proactive ownership of work from start to finish without relying on a ticket board or task assignment.
• Comfort working across research, legal, safety, growth, design, and enterprise customers.
• Genuine interest in music and AI, with a habit of prototyping ideas and taking strong ideas into production.
• Ability to work remotely from Europe or the US East Coast and operate in Central European timezones.

• Music or audio experience, including hobby experience.
• Experience shipping machine learning models into production.
