Program Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hybrid in Den Bosch ('s-Hertogenbosch), the Netherlands; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Remote work from other countries is not possible. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands; work or residence permits will not be provided.

What you will do

• Define execution approaches, scopes, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets for strategic programs and projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams through program implementation and coordinate multiple connected projects.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, quality, expenses, forecasts, and corrective actions.
• Manage communication with project teams, stakeholders, the PMO, the wider company, and senior management, including timely escalation of issues.
• Oversee deliverable handover, project completion, and post-project evaluations.
• Manage the gradual replacement of the warehouse management system over the next two years, including related enterprise-system changes and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Advanced knowledge of program and project management methods, such as PRINCE2, IPMA, AGILE, or another relevant method.
• Proven background and profound understanding of a company’s IT landscape and its underlying complexity.
• Experience translating strategic thinking into tactical planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A process-oriented, structured, and organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
• Experience managing complex projects with comparable technical and organizational impact.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
