Associate Director, Data Program Management (Data)

Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands or Bois-Colombes/Paris, France. Hybrid work with office attendance required, typically 2 days per week or 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to managers and senior professionals across multiple departments.
• Oversee large, multifaceted projects and related program areas.
• Align projects with business objectives and implement strategic project management frameworks.
• Manage cross-departmental resources, budgets, risks, and project performance.
• Establish corrective actions and report department and program performance to executive leadership.
• Foster collaboration and communication across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 8 years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of business metrics, including revenue operations, customer success, and retention metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Fluent English is required.
