Go Developer Advocate

Location: Remote worldwide; for those outside Austin, TX, the role is typically hired as an independent contractor

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year plus profit share

What you will do

• Design and implement a developer-focused strategy to grow hirify.global's presence in the Go community.
• Create educational content in formats including blogs and videos.
• Build example projects, maintain the Go SDK, and improve product documentation.
• Review customer interactions and issues to understand product and user needs.
• Explore sponsorships, partnerships, and no-code or low-code integrations.
• Engage with potential users and attend or speak at meetups, conferences, and hackathons.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Go.

• Familiarity with developer relations.
• Familiarity with digital marketing.
