Senior Program Manager (Medical Device System)

What you will do

• Lead global, cross-functional, and cross-business-unit teams developing digital, electro-mechanical, and robotic medical devices.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and manage complex product development and lifecycle programs.
• Oversee project operations and act as a liaison between functional teams and business management.
• Track programs from initiation through delivery, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Support requirements planning, elicitation, and management for key stakeholders.
• Report program status, progress, and risk mitigation strategies to executive business leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading diverse and complex projects and programs across functions and business units.
• End-to-end project management experience in hardware and embedded software development.
• Experience with sequential or waterfall, Scrum, and Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with highly regulated or safety-critical systems; medical device experience is strongly preferred.
• Engineering or related technical degree.
• Recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe.
