Lead Technical Project Manager (Network Infrastructure)

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for data processing, model training, and production deployment, with infrastructure spanning compute, storage, networking, and applied AI.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives in APAC, from problem definition and planning through rollout and adoption.
• Define scope and success criteria, align owners across SRE, software, network, security, platform, and data center teams, and drive decisions to closure.
• Review technical designs and proposals, challenge assumptions, and identify failure modes, dependencies, risks, rollback concerns, and blast-radius issues.
• Track dependencies across teams and time zones, communicate clear status to stakeholders including European teams, and work with regional teams, vendors, and carriers.
• Drive adoption through documentation, runbooks, feedback loops, and workflows that become the default way of working.
• Establish regional planning, prioritization, review, and post-launch practices, and turn operational pain and engineering input into a prioritized backlog.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management, engineering management, or hands-on SRE, software, network, or infrastructure engineering, including delivery of complex cross-team infrastructure projects.
• A real engineering background with experience building and operating production systems and earning the trust of deeply technical teams.
• Ability to read design documents and technical proposals, understand trade-offs, and ask questions about reliability, rollback, blast radius, and failure modes.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including Linux, networking, automation, and CI/CD, sufficient for technical discussions.
• Ability to drive decisions and create clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including documenting plans and decisions and influencing technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment and build processes from scratch.
• Professional working proficiency in English, spoken and written, and comfort working across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with network infrastructure, including network automation, observability, or network device lifecycle management.
• Experience with SLO/SLI frameworks, incident management, or production readiness processes.
• Experience with CI/CD or change management for network or other high-blast-radius infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects with distributed teams across APAC time zones.
• Experience with secrets and access management, firmware rollout, or fleet-wide operational initiatives.
• Hands-on engineering contributions such as scripts, tooling, or automation alongside project work.
