Operations Manager & Right Hand to the Founder (AI)

Location: Remote, with a requirement to live in Los Angeles and attend events, meetings, and team days in person. The posting also lists Medellin, Colombia; Brasília, Brazil; and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What you will do

• Manage the team and freelancers, including priorities, deadlines, weekly check-ins, and accountability.
• Build operational systems and workflows; track projects, budgets, and KPIs and report progress weekly.
• Own the member journey, including applications, onboarding, personal welcomes, retention, and community activity across Skool, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Plan and run in-person events, VIP dinners, and online Power Hours in Los Angeles, while supporting the New York chapter.
• Manage sponsor and partner relationships and collaborate on the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the newsletter.
• Use and improve AI tools, agents, and automations for content, CRM, email, and member operations; develop ideas for events, offers, partnerships, and revenue.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, community, or social media roles, including at least 2 years managing people or projects.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, content calendars, and content performance.
• Experience building and running a community, membership, or events program.
• Highly organized, a clear communicator, and calm when managing many moving parts.
• Self-starter who brings ideas, follows through, and thinks entrepreneurially.
• Must live in Los Angeles and be available in person for events, meetings, and team days.
