Events Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based onsite in San Francisco, United States; occasional travel required.

Salary: $240,000–$266,000 per year, plus equity, performance-related bonuses for eligible employees, and benefits.

What you will do

• Plan and execute high-touch creator, press, and executive-facing events from end to end, including registration, guest experience, catering, production logistics, and onsite execution.
• Build and maintain project timelines covering milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with caterers, AV providers, creative production teams, and other vendors while ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
• Manage attendee registration, check-in, and pre- and post-event communications.
• Track budgets, process invoices, maintain financial records, and report expenditures against targets.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, security, and other internal stakeholders; manage safety protocols and report event metrics, feedback, learnings, and return on investment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of event production experience, including end-to-end planning, onsite execution, and post-event analysis.
• Experience leading guest experience and front-of-house operations for high-profile corporate events.
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing event production workstreams.
• Strong attention to detail, judgment, hospitality mindset, and ability to remain polished under pressure.
