Process Excellence Lead P2P Corporate and Consumer (SAP Ariba)

Location: London; hybrid working with 3 days per week in the Osterley office. Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Review end-to-end Procure to Pay performance, analyse deviations and root causes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
• Develop P2P business cases, define value drivers, lead implementation, and ensure benefits are measured and realised.
• Maintain P2P process maps, procedures, and documentation while driving standardisation, simplification, and automation.
• Lead P2P Process Operating Committees, coordinate stakeholders, prioritise improvements, and support governance, risk, compliance, and control effectiveness.
• Develop KPIs and reporting with Finance Operations and Technology, improve data quality, and use process analytics to identify bottlenecks.
• Support the S4hirify.global transformation through process design, Fit-Gap assessments, requirements, KDDs, DAG governance, testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, change management, training, and adoption.

Requirements

• Qualified Finance and Lean Six Sigma professional with deep experience in Finance Delivery and Systems.
• Experience as a PTP Transformation Lead with a track record of measurable operational and financial impact.
• Experience as an SAP Ariba and ERP specialist in complex financial system environments.
• Continuous improvement and project management expertise, including process mapping, requirements analysis, and execution.
• Strong commercial communication skills, including management of external networks and industry best practices.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Operational experience managing teams delivering PTP services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience with OTC or A2R end-to-end processes.
• Understanding of hirify.global operations.
