What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales reps to exceed sales targets
  • Monitor performance, pipeline activity, and deal quality
  • Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable for results
  • Drive category knowledge and strategic campaign development
  • Train and support your team with tools, strategy, and insights
  • Share best practices and collaborate across the business

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading B2B inside sales teams
  • A proven track record of growing teams and exceeding goals
  • Strong coaching, motivation, and performance management skills
  • Data-driven decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication and adaptability
