What you will do

• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive IT candidates.
• Lead strategic searches and staff critical technology teams.
• Partner with IT leaders and HR partners to align talent needs, qualifications, and competitive offers.
• Stay current on new technologies and develop competitive organizational charts to guide hiring strategies and decision-making.
• Deliver a candidate experience throughout the interview process that reflects company culture and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates, and partners at all levels.
