Credit Analyst

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI; other listed locations include Waukegan, IL, Milwaukee, WI, Glenview, IL, and Kenosha, WI. All positions are on-site.

Salary: $29–$31 per hour.

What you will do

• Review a high volume of customer orders and analyze account history, credit reports, and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Finance or Accounting focus in the bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service, or collections.
