Commercial Underwriting Analyst II

Location: Onsite at HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $24–$31.50 per hour, plus eligible annual discretionary cash bonus and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 25% each.

What you will do

• Support commercial lending originators and underwriters with loan screening, underwriting, and monitoring.
• Perform basic credit analysis, including reviewing operating statements and recommending risk ratings.
• Analyze commercial lending, accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, and loan and lease receivables collateral.
• Analyze financial data to assess customers’ financial status.
• Research and recommend process improvements using data and key metrics.
• Support loan origination administration through document collection, organization, and due diligence tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience monitoring or underwriting and structuring commercial lending transactions.
