Operations Analyst Internship (SQL/Power BI)

Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States; full-time, on-site 12-week internship at the corporate headquarters. All positions are on-site.

What you will do

• Analyze business reports and processes to identify insights and opportunities to improve performance.
• Partner with departments across the business to develop recommendations for efficient operations.
• Learn to use SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools to organize data for reports and special projects.
• Present insights and recommendations to business partners and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Available for a full-time, 12-week internship.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft skills.
• Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or other analytical tools.
