Collections Analyst - Bilingual (French)

Location: On-site in Milton, Ontario, Canada; Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. All positions are on-site.

Salary: $36–$40 per hour with significant growth and earning potential.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and build relationships by phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records and document collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent verbal and written English and French.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service.
