Digitalisation Champion (AI): Developing, implementing, and scaling AI, automation, and low-code/no-code digital solutions for Gas Services Distributed Procurement with an accent on system integration, data-driven solutions, and user adoption. Location: Hybrid (remote/office) in Bucharest, Romania; Lincoln or Warwick, United Kingdom; or Finspång, Sweden.

What you will do
- Develop, implement, and scale AI, automation, and digital solutions for Gas Services Distributed Procurement.
- Design, develop, and maintain low-code/no-code applications using citizen development approaches.
- Integrate systems, tools, and data sources to enable seamless information flow and end-to-end process automation.
- Enhance and maintain digital products, services, and AI-driven use cases across Procurement.
- Drive the standardization, deployment, adoption, and scaling of successful digital and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to align solutions with business and technology goals.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital solution development, automation, software development, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SAP, Snowflake, SnapLogic, or comparable digital technologies and platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation, AI, and data-driven solutions, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
- Self-driven mindset, passion for innovation and continuous learning, and focus on delivering business value.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
