ARP Artificial Intelligence Solutions Specialist (AI)

Location: Broughton, United Kingdom; frequent international travel required, approximately 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Promote AI adoption across the ARP organisation through best practices and toolset usage.
• Support and coach ARP colleagues in Gemini, Gemini Enterprise, and agentic tools.
• Support the Lean Agile Center of Excellence and lead ARP transformation activities.
• Continuously assess and streamline AI use cases for ARP.
• Facilitate AI events aligned with the ARP strategy.
• Lead the ARP Gen AI pod approach and solution development.

Requirements

• Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance.
• Degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Logistics, or a similar field.
• Experience in aerospace or a related complex industry such as automotive or defence.
• Understanding of SAP and its MM, PP, and SD modules, as well as end-to-end operational processes.
• Proven experience prototyping innovative solutions with AI tools.
• Expertise in transformation and change management in an AI context.
• Strong product development and project management experience.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

• German and/or French language skills.
