TL;DR
Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Configuring and implementing conversational AI and agent-orchestration solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on knowledge-base setup, API integrations, and business-to-technical translation. Focus on designing proof-of-concepts, validating platform configurations, estimating solution feasibility, and owning implementations across customer stakeholders.
Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid

What you will do
- Collaborate with teams and customers to understand business requirements and configure solutions.
- Test and validate configurations against business and functional expectations.
- Design and develop proof-of-concepts with senior engineers to validate feasibility and effectiveness.
- Configure conversational flows, agent orchestrators, and knowledge bases, including document ingestion and prompt tuning.
- Integrate third-party and client systems through APIs and write code within the platform.
- Document configurations, recommend optimizations, and own solutions through delivery with product, project, and architecture stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of combined experience in technical configuration or implementation and client-facing solution delivery or presales.
- Experience with low-code or agentic platforms such as Appian, Camunda, IBM, Pega, or comparable conversational AI and orchestration tools.
- Hands-on experience building conversational flows, configuring agent orchestrators, and iterating on knowledge bases.
- Experience with technical feasibility assessment, estimation, scoping, and delivery timeline alignment.
- Ability to work with APIs, write code within a platform, and translate business requirements into working configurations independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information, or a related field; familiarity with Python.
Nice to have
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Angular, front-end development, or BPMN.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client implementations with shifting priorities.
- Post-kickoff customer ownership or account-management-adjacent experience.
