Software Engineer - Portfolio Mmgt. & Wealth and RM Suite (PFM) (Fintech)

Location: Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines; hybrid and flexible working available.

What you will do

• Ensure stable and efficient operation of Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, and RM Suite solutions.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, service requests, and complex technical issues, including impact analysis, coordination, implementation, and closure.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and services to meet evolving client and business requirements.
• Configure and deploy the RM Suite application on the hirify.global Container Platform (ACPR) and support onboarding of new banking services into operational delivery.
• Support functional validation, defect fixing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Contribute to product enhancements, process improvements, automation, technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in software design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and experience with RDBMS, Oracle SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, version control systems, and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized working approach with a demonstrated passion for continuous learning.
• Full professional fluency in written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Experience in application support, incident management, or service operations.
• Familiarity with portfolio management, investment advisory, wealth management, and relationship management processes and solutions, plus knowledge of financial products.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Portfolio Management, Wealth Management modules, and RM Suite.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices, automation, and monitoring tools.
• Experience configuring and deploying OpenShift and ACPR applications.
• Experience with Airlock IAM, Ergon Product Suite, and WAF technologies.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Core with certification.
• Experience customizing AMI Web Service and hirify.global Responsive Form.
