Automation Solutions Specialist (PowerApps/Power Automate)

Location: Hybrid in Makati City, Philippines. The role periodically requires working across US, EU, and Asia hours, including 8:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m. or 9:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Philippine Time.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain document automation and workflow business enablement solutions.
• Develop SharePoint sites and SharePoint-based workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Partner with subject matter experts and business analysts to define and clarify requirements.
• Support change control, functionality prioritization, user requirements, user acceptance testing, and system development lifecycle documentation.
• Create presentation and training materials, process flows, and guidance documents for business users.
• Monitor solution utilization, report usage metrics, provide user support, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written English.
• At least 3 years of experience with digital transformation tools, preferably in a regulated or GxP environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a scientific field, or business.
• Experience with system validation, software development lifecycle practices, and Microsoft 365, especially PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Experience developing workflows in a business process management platform such as Pega, Salesforce, Metastorm, or Winward.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Project management experience or PMP, AIM, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Pega Business Architect or Systems Architect certification.
• Clinical supply chain experience, data visualization skills, or technical writing experience.
