About the Role

You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build strong relationships, and drive commercial growth. You will lead commercial discussions, coordinate projects across accounts, prioritize work with internal support teams, and share customer feedback internally.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing commercial role, account management, consulting, or merchant-side payments
• Experience with complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services is a bonus
• Relationship-building skills with internal and external customers
• Commercial opportunity identification and customer discussion skills
• Time management skills
• Full professional written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English
• Portuguese proficiency is a bonus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Account Managers on customer accounts
• Ramp and grow customers while improving satisfaction and reducing churn
• Drive commercial discussions and meet strategic and financial targets
• Prioritize and manage short- and long-term projects across accounts
• Serve as an internal feedback loop for customers
