Senior Staff Business Analyst (Business Intelligence)

Location: On-site in Kraków, Poland; travel to Washington, DC and global hirify.global sites up to 10%.

What you will do

• Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand business goals and collect requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, and reports.
• Prioritize user stories across projects and releases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective data and analytics solutions.
• Support solution adoption among the Data and Analytics user community.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering environments.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI for analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with dashboards or data preparation.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• 3 years of experience working in Agile teams that use sprints.
• Ability to travel to Washington, DC and global hirify.global sites up to 10%.

• Experience with data governance.
• Experience with reporting tools.
