E-Front Senior Business Analyst (Private Capital)

Location: Hybrid setup based in Warsaw, Poland; commuting or relocating is mandatory. Lublin is also listed in the contract conditions.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, IT teams, and the eFront vendor.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and own the functional design of eFront solutions.
• Define integrations between eFront and upstream or downstream core systems.
• Document changes, define acceptance criteria, and perform impact and cost-benefit analyses.
• Prepare test plans and data, coordinate UAT, and support production issue investigations and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with eFront Invest (FrontInvest).
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of private equity, real estate, fund administration, closed-ended fund structures, capital calls, and distributions.
• SQL skills for data analysis.
• Fluent English at C1 level.
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Warsaw is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with eFront Data Warehouse and eFront reporting.
• Knowledge of UCITS, fund administration, transfer agency, or custody.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
