Senior Business Analyst (Banking)

Location: Mainly remote with office visits in Łódź, Poland at least twice a month.

What you will do

• Develop a savings account product for a major Polish bank by bridging business and IT teams.
• Run workshops, interviews and analyses to identify business needs.
• Create functional and non-functional requirements for banking systems, application forms, and mobile and online banking screens.
• Verify delivered solutions against business and technical requirements through UAT and functional testing.
• Support development teams operationally and technically, and assist the Product Manager with stakeholder and IT communication.
• Work across multiple IT teams, products and Product Managers while documenting decisions, change context and product knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in business analysis for banking products, including native mobile app solutions.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and ability to create clear, complete and unambiguous requirements documentation.
• Experience with UAT and functional testing.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Basic technical knowledge of APIs, system architecture and databases.
• Ability to ask the right questions, clarify requirements and work in complex project and product environments.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder relationship-building ability, attention to detail and clarity of documentation.
• Polish at B2 level or higher.
• Own sole proprietorship (JDG) for B2B cooperation.
