Senior Project Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid model with three days per week in the office, or two days for parents of children up to four years old

What you will do

• Support project managers and lead business analysts in defining project scope, testing, and delivery plans.
• Identify business goals, operational problems, and feasible solutions across business units.
• Gather, document, validate, and obtain sign-off on requirements from business users, sponsors, and clients.
• Analyze business and technical impacts, identify gaps between requirements and designs, and contribute to solution discovery.
• Track open issues and defects, coordinate resolution with systems developers, and maintain status reporting.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, implementation, workflow improvements, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of industry or project experience.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, recognize patterns in complex information, and apply sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business, technical, client, vendor, and internal audiences.
