Analyst III, Business (ERP)

Location: Remote, Poland; role location listed as Kutno, Poland. Moderate travel may be required.

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Create current-state and future-state business process maps.
• Develop functional specifications for projects and analyze project size, scope, and objectives.
• Build expertise in assigned applications and identify process improvements that maximize value from IT solutions.
• Create and conduct functional testing and training.
• Provide end-user support, identify customer needs, coordinate with software vendors, and apply hirify.global IT and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of the Flexibles business.
• Ability to provide end-user support and coordinate technical issue resolution with software vendors.
• Willingness to travel moderately when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Radius ERP.
