Data Specialist

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, USA and surrounding areas; candidates must live locally. The position may allow a work-from-home environment.

Base salary: $52,000–$70,200 per year, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot customer deliverables with internal stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
• Assist with project setup and ongoing change requests while managing multiple timelines.
• Ensure assigned projects meet contract, deadline, and quality standards.
• Document project information and communicate project statuses, data, and logistical issues to internal stakeholders.
• Complete ad hoc and team projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of prior professional experience.
• 1–3 years of service-oriented experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude for learning new software and systems.
• Experience querying databases, including SQL or MySQL.
• Self-starter attitude, strong attention to detail, ownership, and dedication.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines, changing priorities, and customer demands.
