Advanced Data Analyst

Location: On-site in Arlington, Virginia, United States.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Obtain, integrate, analyze, and report CISA programmatic, acquisition, and investment data.
• Plan and lead technology assignments involving data collection, storage, quality, and use in support of CISA OCAE objectives.
• Identify cost, budget, and capability trends in CISA investments through relational data analysis.
• Interpret multi-source data using aggregation, statistical analysis, and complex data mining techniques.
• Design, develop, and implement business solutions supporting optimized investment decisions.
• Prepare data, implement data models, and develop databases.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience supporting government acquisition and collecting, storing, organizing, and assessing data related to acquisition programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry data standards and processes across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
• Ability to work independently and under the direction of experienced analysts.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and coordinate and perform multiple assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Government or industry-standard data science certification.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• Security clearance required.
