Location: You must be able to work flexibly across the Netherlands, with remote work as an option. There is also the flexibility to travel in and outside the Netherlands for projects.

• Lead strategic initiatives combining business, customer, and technology thinking.
• Guide clients in building smart, scalable digital experiences and platforms.
• Activate customer data and insights to drive measurable, experience-driven outcomes.
• Shape GenAI roadmaps and design MVP streams.
• Bridge human value with complex technology in marketing, sales, or service processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in CX, MarTech, loyalty, data strategy, AI/GenAI, or digital transformation.
• Experience in managing project workstreams and owning client deliverables.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile, or similar strategic methodologies.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Flexibility to travel in and outside the Netherlands.
