Innovation & Emerging Technology Intern (AI)

hirify.global is an independent automotive technology and electronics company developing sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems, software architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles.

What you will do

• Support advanced-technology and innovation projects covering optics, displays, kinematics/robotics, automotive technologies, and AI-enabled innovation.
• Coordinate supplier engagements, technical follow-ups, samples, and material deliveries.
• Track project schedules, budgets, materials, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal multidisciplinary teams during prototype and demonstrator development.
• Conduct technology, market, and competitor research and support technology scouting, supplier capability assessment, idea evaluation, workshops, and management presentations.
• Develop and experiment with AI and Agentic AI tools for technology intelligence, market research, and innovation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a final-year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Interest in researching optics, mechanisms/robotics, automotive technologies, and product development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Curiosity, a hands-on approach, and comfort engaging with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in Generative AI or Agentic AI.
