AI Specialist

Location: Singapore (City), Singapore; 3-year fixed-term placement in Singapore, open only to Singapore citizens and permanent residents.

What you will do

• Build and deploy machine learning and LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, automation pipelines, and production-ready AI components.
• Prototype AI use cases, integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems through APIs and middleware, and own the design, build, testing, deployment, and monitoring lifecycle.
• Develop and support ML models using MLOps practices including versioning, experiment tracking, deployment, monitoring, retraining, feature engineering, validation, and performance testing.
• Build RAG pipelines, implement prompt engineering, tool use and function calling, and evaluate model outputs for accuracy, safety, and business relevance.
• Develop APIs and microservices connecting AI solutions with ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and production optimization.
• Work with the AI Architect and data engineering teams, support enablement sessions, and create documentation and reusable components for APAC and enterprise teams.

Requirements

• Tertiary education or a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of working experience, including at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or LLM application development.
• Software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex, building and deploying RAG systems, and integrating vector databases.
• Experience with API development and enterprise system integration.
• Experience with agentic frameworks including AutoGen, CrewAI, and LangGraph.
• Familiarity with multiple frontier model APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source models through HuggingFace.
• Exposure to ML model training, MLOps practices, fine-tuning workflows, Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot.
• Exposure to collaborative projects and agile delivery, with 0–1 years of management experience.
• Proven hands-on contribution to AI, data-driven platform, automation, or IT transformation initiatives across technical design, engineering, implementation, and support.
