Senior Associate, Production Planning (Defense Tech)

Location: Camden, Arkansas, United States; onsite schedule of four 10-hour days per week, Shift 3.

What you will do

• Plan components to support manufacturing schedules and maintain MMAS compliance using the internal Oracle ERP system.
• Track raw materials and finished parts through assembly, shop areas, and final customer shipments.
• Identify scheduling risks, communicate potential impacts, and develop recovery plans with production teams.
• Monitor procurement activities against established schedules.
• Coordinate with manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, buyers, subcontract administration, operations, management, and other support functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of prior related experience.
• Alternatively, a graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 6 years of prior related experience.

Nice to have

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional and cross-site teams.
• Production scheduling or capacity planning experience, or demonstrated willingness to learn.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle.
