Production Coordinator II (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States. Candidates seeking to work in U.S. offices must meet applicable ITAR eligibility or authorization requirements.

Hourly pay range: $28–$33 USD.

What you will do

• Fulfil production work orders within MRP and release kit requests to Inventory.
• Support production planners by following up on open work orders and providing updated status.
• Prioritize and expedite subassemblies and deliveries to support integration timelines.
• Clear blockers affecting production orders, including issue tickets, part shortages, and yield loss.
• Work cross-functionally with production and other functional groups to achieve company-wide goals.
• Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2+ years of production experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, or equivalent years of education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Knowledge of MRP or ERP systems.
• For work in U.S. offices, eligibility to meet U.S. Government ITAR requirements or obtain the required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain.
• Proficiency in MRP systems.
• Team-oriented approach and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly, manage work tasks, and provide status updates.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently.
