Production Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Hatfield, Pennsylvania, United States (onsite; EST).

Salary: $70,000–$73,000 annual.

Manufactures highly engineered tube plugging products and repair solutions for heat exchangers, condensers, coolers, chillers, piping, tubing, valves, and pressure vessels.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production schedules, production plans, and material requirement lists in line with the Master Production Schedule.
• Align schedules with customer demand, contract requirements, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure material and resource availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in response to demand changes and operational issues.
• Identify production timeline risks, escalate issues with mitigation strategies, and support continuous improvement in planning accuracy, cycle times, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain ERP data and prepare reports on production status, schedule adherence, and KPIs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
