Supervisor Operations

Location: Queretaro, Mexico. On-site role with 0% telework and 0% travel; PPE requirements follow site requirements.

What you will do

• Manage daily execution across manufacturing, distribution, or repair operations, with accountability for people, productivity, safety, quality, and site KPIs.
• Lead up to 35 employees and/or contract workers, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, engagement, coaching, and feedback.
• Assign daily work, monitor progress, remove obstacles, and collaborate across shifts and functions to optimize site performance.
• Compile and analyze operational data and prepare leadership reports with proposals to address team performance gaps.
• Conduct performance appraisals, determine pay increases in alignment with company practices, and partner with Human Resources on personnel actions.
• Participate in or lead assigned projects and promote belonging, development, safety, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory experience in a related industry.
• 6–9 years of experience, including at least 1 year as a team lead or supervisor.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Intermediate-level skills in MS Office and Microsoft systems.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of quality and statistical analysis tools and methodologies.
