What you will do

Monitor batch production programs and standards across the assigned processes.
Ensure production is carried out according to specified parameters for each part and process.
Maintain compliance with the production plan and coordinate material requirements with requesting areas and storage.
Ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
Implement response plans for out-of-specification parts and maintain 5S practices in the workplace.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related production-process field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of MCU chemical processes and IATF 16949 is desirable.
Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and basic SAP.
Intermediate English required.
Negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

Experience in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of MCU chemical processes.
