AI Strategy & Delivery Lead

What you will do

• Develop AI strategies aligned with customer business objectives and build long-term roadmaps, priorities, and transformation plans.
• Identify AI opportunities through customer engagement and create business cases, value statements, measurable outcomes, and realization plans.
• Prioritize initiatives according to business value and strategic alignment, continuously refining the strategy as needs evolve.
• Coordinate execution across multiple AI initiatives, delivery teams, specialists, customer resources, and stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with business and executive stakeholders and act as the primary interface between customers and the wider hirify.global.ai organization.
• Maintain momentum, accountability, customer engagement, and visibility from concept through value realization.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Industrial AI in Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Defence.
• Experience engaging with business and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to discuss AI Strategy, Agentic AI, Industrial AI use cases, and AI operating models.
• Ability to translate business objectives into long-term AI roadmaps and convert emerging opportunities into measurable outcomes.
• Ability to connect strategy, prioritization, and execution into a cohesive plan.
• Experience building value cases, defining success measures and realization plans, and tracking and communicating realized value over time.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior customer leaders and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Curiosity, commercial awareness, and a strong focus on measurable customer results.
