Senior Implementation Consultant (Construction)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid work with required travel to customer sites and office attendance when required.

What you will do

• Implement construction solutions covering document management, data management, field workflows, handover analysis, and process improvement.
• Lead customer consulting engagements, document delivered value, and contribute to scoping and task estimation.
• Configure hirify.global solutions against customer requirements and define detailed use cases, data migration approaches, and standards.
• Deliver software training, mentoring, technical guidance, workshops, meetings, and presentations to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with customers, external partners, account teams, and technical and project delivery teams to resolve issues and develop Customer Success Plans.
• Provide feedback for product and process improvements and promote scalable service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of hands-on construction industry experience focused on delivering digital solutions across an enterprise.
• Experience with preconstruction, document management, project management, quality management, safety management, handover, and work packaging processes.
• Experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to teams and customers.
• Demonstrated ability in strategy, innovation, project management, change management, business process optimization, and communications.
• Experience guiding decisions, closing issues, and working with diverse technical, sales, and project delivery teams.
• Ability to operate within structured project management and explain complex topics in language understandable to non-technical and business-oriented audiences.

• Expertise with hirify.global Construction Cloud, BIM 360, and Revit.
• Knowledge of competing construction industry solutions.
• Advanced experience developing workflow processes between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Experience developing and sustaining a digital delivery solution portfolio.
• Experience driving enterprise-level change.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650.
