What you will do
- Lead strategic dialogues with senior executives at a major Japan client and strengthen long-term partnership value.
- Develop execution-ready proposals for new business domains, managing stakeholder alignment, risks, and account-level impact.
- Design and drive strategic initiatives involving organizational transformation and talent development.
- Translate emerging technologies such as AI and stablecoins into practical opportunities, leading pilots and securing internal support.
- Conduct fact-based analysis and deliver concise recommendations and executive-level communications.
- Collaborate with CRM, global hubs, and subject-matter experts while coaching team members and improving deliverable quality.
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English required.
- 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate planning, or business planning.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional, and cross-regional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, commercial, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience developing business cases, evaluating ROI, and using data and analytics for strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Nice to have
- Experience in payments, banking, or technology.
- Familiarity with strategic planning tools, business modeling, and organizational design.
- Experience with organizational transformation and talent development initiatives.
