Staff, Product Manager

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; home office position.

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

hirify.global’s Product team develops solutions for Walmart’s Fulfillment, Reverse, and Internalized Parcel networks to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

What you will do

• Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products.
• Lead product lifecycle management from discovery through launch, scaling, and value realization.
• Build customer and market insights through data analysis, journey mapping, structured research, and feedback synthesis.
• Align stakeholders and influence technical direction in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Analytics.
• Use experimentation and data-driven decision-making to validate assumptions and optimize outcomes.
• Mentor less experienced product managers and improve product execution quality.

Requirements

• Either a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 7 years of product management experience, or 9 years of experience in product management or a related area.
• Expertise in product strategy and roadmap development for complex or related product sets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners.
• Experience with advanced analytics and experimentation for validating product assumptions.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to synthesize feedback into actionable insights.
• Ability to lead the product lifecycle while balancing scope, quality, and speed.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI and platform services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area, with 6 years of product manager experience.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Knowledge of assistive technologies, digital accessibility best practices, and Walmart accessibility standards.
