Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite at the Sunnyvale offices. The role supports international markets, including Canada and Latin America, and may require occasional international travel.

Salary: $143,000–$286,000 annual base salary for Sunnyvale, California. Additional performance bonuses and stock may be available.

What you will do

• Own strategy and execution for pricing, driver matching, and driver incentive products that support driver supply.
• Improve driver experience, on-time delivery, and cost per order across international markets.
• Build customer and business insight through journey mapping, feedback mechanisms, operational data, and financial analysis.
• Define multi-quarter product vision, roadmaps, KPIs, launch plans, and value-realization processes.
• Use analytics, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and statistical methods to validate assumptions and guide prioritization.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams on AI opportunities, system architecture, technical feasibility, and platform reuse.

Requirements

• 7 years of product management experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 9 years of product management or related experience.
• Strong customer and problem discovery, product strategy, roadmap ownership, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Analytical and scientifically minded approach with knowledge of machine learning and statistical fundamentals.
• Ability to work across complex products, system architecture, services, data pipelines, and cloud capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite from the Sunnyvale, California offices.
• Ability to support products serving international markets, including Canada and Latin America.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Experience implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and accessible digital experiences.
