Company

hirify.global Technologies, founded in 2024 and headquartered in Arlington, develops AI-enabled technology for mission-critical offensive cyber operations for the United States and its allies.

What you will do

  • Own discovery, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and iteration for offensive-security and vulnerability-management capabilities.
  • Study high-stakes cyber operation workflows and turn them into clear, actionable product experiences.
  • Partner with engineers and mission-facing users on findings, workflow integrations, data needs, and reliable technical behavior.
  • Balance speed, usability, accuracy, auditability, and legal frameworks in product decisions.
  • Define success metrics, gather user feedback, and improve the product through iteration.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap decisions, and technical tradeoffs to leadership and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Substantive experience in offensive cyber operations, vulnerability research or management, attack surface management, incident response, adversary hunt, cyber threat intelligence, penetration testing, or red teaming.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to turn complex technical needs into user-centered product direction.
  • Ability to work credibly with engineers and practitioners on integrations, data quality, workflows, and security tradeoffs.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high accountability, and hands-on collaboration.
  • Formal product management experience is helpful, while demonstrable ownership and shipped outcomes are valued most.

Nice to have

  • Experience with offensive-security or vulnerability-focused platforms for expert users.
  • Exposure to vulnerability intelligence, adversary emulation, security research, or technical mission workflows.
  • Experience with 0-to-1 product development, data-rich security tools, or AI-assisted security workflows.

Culture & Benefits

  • On-site, full-time work supporting national-security-focused cyber operations.
  • Medical, dental, and vision plan options.
  • Life, AD&D, and disability coverage options.
  • Paid parental leave, including leave for birthing, non-birthing, adoptive, foster, and intended parents through surrogacy.
  • Paid holidays, flexible PTO, and 401(k) options with pre-tax and Roth contributions.
  • HSA, FSA, and dependent-care FSA options.

Hiring process

  • Role scope and compensation are calibrated through the interview process.
  • Some positions may require eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance; any active clearance requirement will be specified in the role description.
