Senior Outsourcing Specialist (Game Development)

Location: Warsaw or Kraków, Poland; office-first with a minimum of 10 days per month in the office

Salary: 14,000–19,300 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Manage outsourcing engagements and relationships with external studios across art and co-development.
• Coordinate communication between Producers, Development, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and external partners.
• Define outsourcing requirements, scopes of work, technical constraints, production pipelines, schedules, and deliverables.
• Conduct vendor selection through market research, RFI, RFQ, offer evaluation, and commercial comparisons.
• Prepare and negotiate agreements and Statements of Work covering scope, pricing, timelines, and commercial terms.
• Track vendor performance, improve commercial conditions, maintain partner data, and develop outsourcing processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in outsourcing, external development, procurement, vendor management, production, or a related area.
• Experience independently managing external vendors and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of vendor selection, commercial negotiations, contracting, pricing models, estimates, schedules, and commercial proposals.
• Strong organizational, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and negotiate effectively with creative, technical, and business partners.
• Very good command of English, written and spoken.
