Manager, Product Portfolio

Location: Boston, MA, US; remote with occasional onsite attendance.

Salary: $149,600–$170,600 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the strategic and operational direction of an integrated portfolio of products, applications, and technology capabilities.
• Translate business and organizational priorities into product direction, roadmaps, investment recommendations, and release plans.
• Oversee portfolio health, service performance, customer support, issue resolution, business continuity, and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships between business and technology organizations and coordinate cross-functional dependencies, governance, standards, and resources.
• Establish KPIs for portfolio health, adoption, service performance, and business value, coordinating change management, communications, training, and adoption.
• Hire, manage, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 3–10 direct reports, including Application Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and other technology resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience leading products, applications, or technology capabilities supporting business functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and balancing operational priorities with strategic initiatives.
• Experience translating business needs into product direction, priorities, roadmaps, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Understanding of product management, portfolio management, business process analysis, technology delivery, and enterprise product and application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of business and technology planning, service management, change and adoption practices, and product performance and business value measurement.
• Ability to communicate complex information, influence stakeholders, facilitate decisions, manage competing priorities, and work across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, technology capabilities, performance information, and cross-functional dependencies to identify risks and opportunities.
• Sound judgment and independent decision-making within established objectives and governance.
